Resolved — We are satisfied that this is resolved now but will be keeping an eye on it and will post any issues here as soon as we see him.

Monitoring — We believe this is solved now and will keep an eye on it. Again, our sincere apologies for this event. We will be looking into it further and working with our upstream provider to see if there is anything we can do to help stop this from happening again in the future. Identified — We've been told by the upstream provider that they are 80% of the way there. Sorry about this - we are doing everything we can.

Identified — This is still in progress for some stores. Again, apologies - completely out of our hands but we're doing everything we can to fix it. Should be resolved soon.
