Currency conversion issues

Resolved — We have finished updating the converted totals any impacted orders, refunds, and carts. If you are still noticing any currency rate issues, please contact us through support and we'll help out. We have also implemented a solution to prevent this happening in the future, even if our provider experiences another outage.

Identified — Our currency rate provider, Open Exchange Rates, is experiencing an outage with some rates, causing incorrect conversions to happen on our end - https://status.openexchangerates.org/incidents/8fxplkpf93hy. We have implemented a solution from our end to use the latest available rate for these currencies. We are now updating any impacted orders from this period to use the last valid rate.
