Monitoring — This issue appears to be resolved but we still haven't received confirmation from Shopify so we will continue to monitor it.

Identified — It looks like Shopify may be implementing a solution here as we've seen the failure rate drop, but we are continuing to monitor.

Investigating — It looks like Shopify may be having a temporary issue with their webhook system, causing some data syncing to Metorik to be delayed. We have other methods of syncing that are slightly slower, so data should still come in but it may not be in real-time until this issue is resolved. We are waiting to hear back from Shopify and will continue to monitor.
