Identified — This issue does not impact Engage, automated exports, digests, or any data syncing for Metorik - it only impacts access to the app itself. While we work to resolve this, if you notice the app is not loading and you are in this area, please contact support and we can enable a temporary solution on your account.

Investigating — Some customers in Israel and nearby regions have reported issues accessing the app. We believe this is due to our CDN provider having a temporary outage in the area. We are trying to resolve it with them.
